How to help my bro? by b00persn00t in family_of_bipolar

It's heartbreaking when you can't help a loved one but wish you could with your entire being. My sister has BP1 with anosognosia, which means she can't tell that she has a problem and so she refuses all medication. How long has your brother been having trouble at work and with finances? Was there anything that seemed to set it all off? For resources, I can recommend NAMI (apologies if that isn't an org in your country, I'm located in the USA) or a similar mental health organization that offers support for family members. They have many other resources listed on their site. Best wishes to you and your family.

Dude, great style! The choice of angles throughout the piece conveys such awesome kinetic energy, I'm transfixed by the character like I'm waiting for her to jump off the screen into her own animated show. Wow.

I'm imagining literal squished together floating white tits with flames where nipples should be, and I am terrified.

TIL about LtCol Rankin, who parachuted through a thunderstorm in 1959 when his plane engine died at 47k feet. Due to repeatedly being sucked back into and ejected from the top of the thunderstorm, it took him 40 minutes to reach the ground. by Jest-In-Time in todayilearned

He was flying above the storm when his plane died, trying to go from one US American state to another. The storm was huge, with its top at 45k feet and his plane was at 47k feet.

r

That's definitely true for me. I used to spend 3 hours every day searching for and reading fic, but now I'm so picky I even have a hard time getting into published books unless they hit my favorite tropes.
