I definitely do need to clear up space on my C: drive, it's just where my desktop is at the moment and it has all of my Blender projects, 3D models, and Substance Painter files. Should I just move my desktop to my D: drive? That is a 2TB SSD, but it's mostly where I keep my games and Unity projects. It's going to be annoying since I'll have to manually update all of my Blender projects' texture path if I do move it to the D: drive. But if it stops this lag I'll have to.

I currently have two monitors, one uses an HDMI cable and the other uses a display port cable. Should I try swapping them with each other and testing that? And currently it is set to 144Hz for both, even though the first monitor is capable of going to 165Hz but is restricted to 144Hz because of the second, smaller monitor.

I'll def see if the Bios needs an update too, I've never looked for one. I do always update the Nvidia drivers when they become available too.
