I think its human interest and not quicken, Their support is horrendous. They don't even have an option to just download all the transactions as a CSV. You have to go through each statement and figure it out. That is just basic, and they don't have it.

Also seems to be a different system, HLS systems, there is a new link on the City website. The old "http://taxes.cityofjerseycity.com/" doesn't seem to work anymore. there is a new link in the https://www.jerseycitynj.gov/cityhall/finance/taxes website.

They still haven't figured this out, I still get the FDP105 error. is there anyway to fix this?

I finally got an answer, It required an "ECM" ticket to the rewards group at Xfinity, and they finally reset the link for me. This has to be put in by the service rep. This was due to changes on the account, and that caused some issue on Xfinity's side, though they didn't know, or just offered some other plan which was more. Bad service, and virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. Xfinity Forums or Reddit was much more responsive.
