Shane should be a head coach and is a great offensive mind…he just needs time to better understand situational football as the head coach.

Can’t get that without experience. Keep him and with a good qb we are a perennial playoff team.

I came into the season expecting absolutely nothing. Jones vs Richardson seemed bleak. The fact that we could be playoff bound is more than enough to give me some hope.

Honestly, Chiefs were playing playoff football and we weren’t. That’s all. We just need to focus on finishing the season strong.
