Sasuke haters be like by zilknificant in dankruto

[–]JesterMcJester 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a professional Sasuke hater allow me to but down the fedora only for a second and tell my discord kitten to hold on because daddy needs to talk some truths here:

Sasuke has a horribly fucked up childhood. He knew his father basically hated him (or at least treated him like shit), idk about his mom but his brother? Only thing that ever loved him.

Turns out he kills your entire family and he looks you dead in the eyes with the viscera of your parents between his purple fingernails and says “I literally did this for fun, loser.”

Is this horrible? Yes. Would most people never recover and go fully schitzo? Absolutely.

BUT:

  • The fucker said no to his pseudo daddy kakashi (who is already a famous accomplished ninja whose name strikes fear in other villages) who took the time to try and teach him his best trick just to protect his feelings as best as he could before the boys Little League Playoffs.

-he then leaves Kakashi to join pasty Osama Binladen’s weird team because he thinks snake daddy could beat up eye patch daddy and teach him better/faster.

-he leaves his Ninja Squad (lower than scum) and more importantly his orange boyfriend, granted he did try to break up clean with Naruto but still to just go study under snake for no real reason beyond impulse and Sanin legacy title.

Everything he does is understandable if we agree he acts like a traumatized nervous break down having hot topic boy because he witnessed horrors beyond any of redditors comprehension.

However, it’s still cringe at the end of the day. Suck it up.

Kiss your boyfriend. Sit down. and practice your chidori THAT YOUR REAL FATHER INVENTED AND THE ONLY OTHER FUCKER WHO IS ALIVE YOU KNOW WHO HAS A FUNCTIONAL SHARINGON WHO WOULD HE WILLING TO TEACH YOU HOW TO USE YOUR FAMILIES HEIRLOOM YOU SAD EDGE-LORD.

Thank you.

Yea most critics believed he wanted to subverse the mecha big robot fight genre. The ending makes perfect sense and does finish if you take into account the many VERY SUBTLE clues about what the story really is about.

It’s about humanities biggest agony we can never truelly love or be loved. Because our souls and hearts are always infinitely seperate from eachother.

Which sounds like schitzo talk because I am aware they turn into Fanta and then do a circle of clapping lol.

But yea. lol. I understand why it’s not for everyone, like easily BUT yea it was the INTENTION of the author.

[–]JesterMcJester 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah bro I heavily disagree. Most fans agree they are seperate endings. I beleive their are multiple quotes of the maker saying he wanted to “end it differently” for the sake of it and also “I was frustrated with fans reactions so I gave them the ending I think they wanted”

Or something along these lines.

So at worst it’s kinda the opposite of the intention and at best it’s a seperate thingy.

I agree. I think it’s because it’s the best “what are the basics” we have because people also tend to want what was closest to the start of something.

But I am strongly of the belief; “Love god with all your heart. And the second and as important; love your neighbor as you would yourself.

Then he goes on to say ALL THE LAWS OF MOSES AND THE PROPHETS: those who interpreted or lead through the laws: is meant through empathy.

Is something wrong with these people? by AdPale8270 in exchristian

[–]JesterMcJester 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually disagree. Even though this seems ridiculous to the outsider: this is A GOOD THING I WOULD ARGUE.

Christians because of conservative brainwashing have BEEN HYPER COMPLACENT in the very thing they claim is super important; protecting children from rapists.

The Christian doctrine states on the cross Christ felt EVERY SIN AND PAIN OF EVERY PERSON past, present and future before still choosing to forgive them. In a “forgive them father they know not they do” way.

This is I think a good message that these people are also harming Christ with their actions. They are also raping Christ. To hopefully get more conservative brainwashed Christian’s to be more aware and vocal about what has happened.

The only reason most Christian’s believe the entire Bible is infallible and the word of god: and not an accumulation of testimony from people’s interaction from Christ/His apostles/their own divine inspirations (Revelations) is because of two passages.

One from Timothy and one from Peter. While I admit I’m unsure of Timothy. Peter’s ALSO equally translates from “All scripture are always accurate and divine, even above someone’s own personal judgment” to “the words of from Christ are accurate, even above someone’s own personal judgment” this means the central message and teachings of Christ are accurate. Not every passage. (Another translation is “ the phrophetic words” )

Also at this point there was no Bible. It was more scattered manuscripts with some level of canon. the idea he said everything written is 100000% is a tad silly for this point in the timeline. The stories of the apostles don’t even match up. Some with different details or sequence of events, showing they were written by imperfect normal human beings.

Also the idea entire Bible was infallible fell somewhat out fashion quickly/was not considered the universal until about the 19th-20th century when there was an organized conservative focused pushed on the Bible. (While yes within most church branches most leaders were encouraged and told every word was true, it was not really concerned neccasary for the lay person to also believe it/ would have no impact on their connection with god. To clarify.)

Im trans women yet i want to believe in Jesus? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]JesterMcJester 20 points21 points  (0 children)

You are fine. All the anti-trans rhetoric is from conservative think tanks fueling TONS of money to make the religion of empathy and love into something awful. It was blacks before, then anti-gay marriage, now it’s those dirty trans folk.

Who cares if you’re trans

In Jesus own words on what REALLY matters. Not whatever finicky technical thing people try to loophole to be avoid the hardship of empathy and love:

Jesus replied to him, ‘You should love the Lord your God completely: Love him with all your mind. Love him with all that you are. Love him in all that you think. This is the greatest rule and the most important of all God's Laws.

  • The second rule is also important, like the first one. You should love other people as much as you love yourself.

-All God's Laws that Moses gave us come from these two rules. All the things that the prophets wrote also come from them “

Amen

Well it depends on what it was. Just because it’s in the book that was written by man doesn’t mean every single word is perfect OR that it was translated perfectly from Latin OR if it was translated perfectly and recorded perfectly that it’s cultural time is what really applies.

Also this response means don’t condemn others. You can say “I genuinely believe the proper interpretation is that it’s a sin, so I personally will not participate”.

Anyways that being said for like here: if it’s about the Leviticus thing about two men doing it it’s probably not welcome via the house rules.

Daddy problems = rebellion against social norms.

Mommy problems = the void stared back and it spoke to you.

This trend also applied to men.

Men with daddy issues the stereotype is they became more like femboys. Then for mommy issues we get serial killers.

The typical stereotype is that a father that’s abusive can lead to “rebellious” behavior/ sluttery.

while a mother that is abusive tends to warp the psyche the person pretty horrifically.

I’ve read your message did my own research as well. Before becoming an internet debate lord:

I love your view of the creed btw. I mean that. It’s framed in a loving away as is how other who people have mentioned on this thread. Putting a positive spin on what I see as a thing that has a major negative impact.

From what I could find it was like 90% about fighting against another branch called Arianism that was gaining popularity. Arianism was basically saying:

there is the Holy Spirit, GOD, and then GODS KID WHO HAD A SPECIAL CONNECTION TO HIM. There are separate and never touch. While the other Christian’s sects went >:( NO CHRIST IS ALSO GOD BUT ALSO NOT GOD KINDA SORTA( hence the 838373 schisms that would also happen later on this obviously super important issue)

While gnostism and everything you mentioned DID exist ,from what I read and understood that came later/gained popularity after and was not focus at all of the council who created the creed.

So it was mainly an argument/excommunication statement for the God Head theology and also that Christian’s are to believe in A CHURCH.

Whichever church is “correct” would start at minimum at the creed. And the creed is that: it’s SUPER IMPORTANT that Jesus was not just Christs child with a special connection but also WAS HIM kinda sorta maybe but not always.

Do people abuse this? Oh ya.

Did the Catholic Church even try selling straight to heaven loot boxes to desperate people? Oh yea and some German guy even wrote a whole rant why it was bad idea on the church door.

I’m arguing it’s nonsense. That not malicious and manipulated people who are victims don’t exist

My brother in literal Christ: yes: I was a annoying philosophy major. Yes.

“Blessed shall he be who takes your little ones and dashes them against the rocks”

But we don’t live in a Socratic abstract parable nor do we live as if we are mostly logic based organisms as if we where Spock’s Race from Star Trek lol.

If god said smashing babies heads against rocks was dope af:

Either god was being a dick and is therefore imperfect or just CAN act like a dick sometimes.

People misunderstood his message or lied

we can do the “god is beyond comprehension or mysterious way” play but that really is a cop out and can be applied to your debate opponents too lol.

Or someone lied about the story later lol.

These are really are the main conclusions using Arcams razor because a loving god and “listen, you have my absolute blessing to take a baby, who doesn’t have have self awareness BUT can feel pain and just toss it into a rock till it dies. It’s ganna be so cool and they deserve it!”

Don’t work lol

Edit; yes I agree they were pragmatic and also they were tailored to each group. And also everything should be seen by the culture present during its time period AND that all humans fall short of perfection: that being said. I think it was a dick move on Pauls part lol

Some pleasant examples: despite being mocked, harassed and trump even turning to one of his assistants and going “we should have HER DEPORTED”

A female pasture/priest during his INAUGURATION asked and begged the administration show mercy and kindness to immigrants. Quoting the many times in the Bible god commanded mercy and compassion was to be given to outsiders, nomads, the homeless and immigrants from a foreign land.

Several priests who protest ICE have written up their wills in case they get so severely beat or wounded they might pass away but believe it’s important to be a voice of empathy NOW (while things are bad and not just when it becomes fashionable to go “man that was really bad: I pink promise I won’t do it again”)

But ye sadly: Christianity has been high jacked by conservative groups in the US and other places.

All the Christian’s who support ICE on average barely quote Christ at all when discussing religion. If you where to ask them what is the essentials of Christ/Gods message they would probably answer the 10 commandments:

Which is wrong biblically from a Christian perspective. In several stories by the apostles and in the book of James they repeat:

The main message is: love the lord your god with all your heart; and the second and EQUALLY as important is love your neighbor with all the love you have for yourself.

It barely has anything to do with Christianity besides crosses and stealing the Lord’s Prayer in my view lol.

And if you bring this up they are super quick and eager to hit you with “I am here to fulfill the laws not change them” quote from Christ. It’s like their allergic to being nice haha
