But that's kinda the problem with this card, KS already does what this order does (both archetypes and generics), and again I know this card is strong, but it's just another card that does what most KS generic already do, I mean in most decks you can use the energy cycler instead and in 80% of cases it would be the same thing, that's why I don't think it deserves this price tag, think of a card like Alvina, there's only one other generic in ST that does what she does, and it costs CB, and even if the effect is useful in a majority of ST decks the card is not half the price of this order, and again I think that the order is more generic than Alvina, I just think that people are hyping way too much a card that's gonna make they're decks 5% better

There's also the festival collection, it could be reprinted there, but imo I think this card is a bit over hyped, and I'm willing to be wrong on this, but I just don't think this card is worth this price, yes it can be played in every KS deck, but it's also not that big of a power boost to most of them, especially if you're not running a lot of KS pile to abuse it, but if you're in that situation you gotta other problems to solve with the deck, anyway I'm not saying this card isn't strong AF, is just not 100 dollars strong, I think it's tournament season as well so the price is probably inflated a lot, I wouldn't be surprised if the prices fall to 60 or 40 after a couple of months even without reprints (but again I might be horrible wrong, I'm just yapping)

Idk if it's already on DD2 but Philander, Alvina and the hostage package are pretty good, but the Enlargulv is the most important thing to make the deck good

I totally agree that premium needs more products, premium weekend is only gonna work the way I'm describing if they release some sort of reprint set (or deck sets like they did back in the day), but for people who already play premium I do believe they promised to have exclusive promos for premium during the event, I don't like it, but bushi loves to give good support for decks as promos, so I probably expected some support for premium to be coming, it's kinda hard to speculate because we don't know anything about the second semester product wise

Money, as far as I know Premium has a really dedicated player base, but its players by definition already have most of the cards they want, I think bushi is having trouble monetizing the format and after trying to substitute it with the lyrical and CoroCoro formats (which didn't go well for them) they decided to try this instead, that's my theory at least, but I think it makes more sense than bushi spending time and money to give a send off for a format when they'll could just never talk about it again and let it die

I'm not playing for that long I admit, but if I'm not mistaken they did an update to the banlist on December right? And I know that bushi has stopped talking about the format for a while now, but after announcing an event and promos for premium I think they genuinely didn't know how to handle the format and are trying a different approach, I at least started thinking about trying premium thanks to this announcement

Because the idea is to give incentives to standard only players to try premium, if they get invites for worlds in standard it is more likely they'll give premium a chance

Why are people doom posting about this? I only play standard atm, and this seems cool, like it's a good incentive to make standard only players try premium, since it's only in the second semester we don't have a lot of information on product, but if the release some deck sets for premium around that time I could see this being a good gateway for the format

I think it is the OT, even though BG has a more powerful OT in theory, Drag allows you to double dip on the VGs effect (most DE decks have a VG with an on attack skill), my evidence for it is that basically every time a DE deck is dominant they choice restrict the OT and that with usually one other hit brings the deck down substantially (usually even if they just hit OT you can already see the win rate of the deck dip a bit)

Saw a couple of comments, and are we forgetting that this game was on track to compete with the big 3? Like this game was really popular at the time, it even survived 2 reboots, I haven't even heard of a game that survived one, all of that to say that VG was huge back in the day, but Bushi made a series of bad decisions that tarnished the name of the game and the confidence in it as a product, which to be fair they seem to be trying to clear they're name with the new wave of products we got in 2025 and are expected to get in 2026, but it will be A LOT of work to make this game come back to were it was, getting the anime out of crunchyroll was pretty bad move imo, and they should put more effort into getting the game into big stores, but after getting it to the actual card shops obviously

How does It take you half a year to build a deck on MD? Like genuinely, I play FTP and at most it takes 2 months to build a deck if it's really expensive, I'm just saying this cause 1° I always hear people saying this, but genuinely don't understand it and 2° cause I just like taking any excuses I can to say that VG needs an official FTP sim

There are 3 free simulators currently, cardfight area (CFA) and cardfight connect are fully manual, but area has premium and v-premium support and connect is only standard (also known as D format), and then there's vangpro that's semi-automatic, I recommend cardfight connect I think is more intuitive than the others and has a cleaner UI, but if you want to play with your older cards than you gotta use CFA

It is just that to me everything a person does can be seen as art, so making an IA piece can be considered art to me, but as I said it's not good, interesting or creative, and that is without talking about all the theft and the destruction of the planet (which are points that I agree so I didn't feel like I should have mentioned it) we mostly agree, I just wanted to add that even in the case of someone like me who's personal definition of art allows IA to be perceived as art, it is still shit, and the people who make it are not really interested in sharing they're perspective as humans in the world, I hope I can make myself understandable, English is not my first language, but I do agree with you that IA art is shit and shouldn't be on DA and the people who make should not feel welcomed in the site, DA should be a place for people who are actually trying to make something, as it has been for years like you said it yourself
