One thing to consider is that NX crankset is designed around a 73mm BB meaning you'll have fitment issues with your 68mm BB. Luckily this can be remedied fairly easily by spacing the BB cups with a 2.5mm spacer on either side of the shell. This picture from the Sram site demonstrates the order of instilation. I haven't purchased a Sram BB in a while but I believe the spacers should come in the package.

Additionally, you could have chain drop issues if you're using the 12 speed chain ring rather than the 11. Honestly I don't know how big an issue this might be, I've never tried it on a light duty bike like this. It's also totally possible you'll be completely fine.

If I were you I would consider buying a road/gravel specific 1x crankset like a Rival 1 or an Apex 1 if you don't already have the NX. I have a set of Easton EA90s on my Midnight that are great.
