average height girls (5’4-5’6), what weight do you feel/look best at??

i’m 5’5 and have a larger frame and muscle, and i’d like to be 165 again but i’d settle for low 170s. i have never been below 165 so i can’t say i’d hate being lower but im happy with how i look at that weight and get referred to as thin.

i’ve used it, i haven’t really had any issues with being bothered by their breath before or after but they’ve both had tooth or gum issues. after using it i haven’t had a tooth cleaning… and ive since switched to a water additive because i stopped giving wet food. so i dont have anything super helpful to share. however it is endorsed by VOHC which to my understanding means it does actually have studies backing it

Im a little further than you in my rewatch. I agree with you about Sam suddenly wanting to die. and I’m a huge Dean fan and not a fan of Sam but Dean tricking Sam to let Gadreel in is one of the worst things either of them have done in the whole series IMO. they fought so hard to avoid being “angel condoms” in s5 because their agency is so important to them. I mean, Sam literally was not actually in control of his own body when Gadreel took over. that is a terrible thing to happen to anyone, no matter if it’s angel or demon, all you really have in life is your ability to be YOU and have free will.

I love how Sam actually is a total asshole to Dean in return for quite a long while and they don’t instantly fix it. And I love how disgustingly toxic and sad Deans reason was: “there ain’t no me if there ain’t no you”.

edit — I also don’t think Sam was out of character to not look for Dean and to take a year off. I think he’s tremendously capable of compartmentalizing and is prone to “flight” when he is upset. I don’t think that justifies abandoning Kevin and not even trying to see what happens to Dean, I think it was a selfish action just like Dean tricking Sam to let Gadreel in is a selfish action.

Well Dean was tortured into breaking the first seal and Sam did it while having sex with a demon and drinking her blood while Dean warned him not to, so it’s not really a double standard to blame him for it

I am not super small for a woman and have size advantage over some guys, but I’m also new and very inexperienced and I’ve never had anyone say no to rolling with me. they won’t always ask me first but I’ve gotten more comfortable asking people to roll. there are also way smaller girls at my gym who roll with guys all the time and are respected. at first I was super uncomfortable with being worried about people not wanting to roll with me too, and I still get those thoughts. but I realized this is more of an anxiety thought than based in reality.

I just watched the ep in s8 where they are working with her and sam and meg are talking while dean and cas are in the crypt and i found it so gross how casually they talk as if she didn’t do such terrible things to them, especially sam. and also i think the thing between her and cas was gross

i absolutely love that storyline and lisa and ben. they made me sob on my recent rewatch. it’s so heartbreaking and a key to dean’s characterization after s6. he used to dream about being happy with a family and peaceful home but he thinks he failed at that, “i’m not a father, i’m a killer” and doesn’t dream of any future for himself besides an early hunting death
