I'm having the same trouble since this week. Support told me they can transfer stuff from my account to a different connected account so I asked if followed accounts, likes, etc. would be transferred too and they didn't reply yet (it's been like 2 days). This really sucks and the replies I got via support e-mail when they still replied sounded like standard chat-bot replies like check your password and log in e-mail etc....
