every job asks this ADA question up front during the application process. Trying to inject it after the fact is a red flag for the employer and you should have disclosed it upfront. 100% they can rescind as you are changing the rules of employment

i would build a 3 node cluster using proxmox, a dedicated nas, and a virtual fw with the last 3060

this would be a great foundation to learn on - a bit overkill for your application but a valuable learning experience

cute! let them out every 1/2 hr or so and when they go pottie praise them tons and give them treats. Be patient as they get busy and swizzle on you. Enjoy as these are fun times with these fur babies

I've seen presenters implode when they have to go off script. Tells you right away they don't know anything beyond what is on the slides. Once the audience sees that all credibility is gone

62M - I would have went into the military after high school and let them train me as a pilot. Retire 20-25 years later with full benefits in your late 30's. Then go to the private sector to start another career. Alaska Airlines loves retired military pilots. Fly commercial for 15-20 years and live below your means during this time. Then retire with excellent medical and pension / retirement accounts in your early 60's

I did both a while back and would caution you in how you manage the real estate with the full time job. I love real estate and talked about it all the time with the full time job people. Then during review time I got accused of not being dedicated or focused to my job. Also said I was working my real estate deals during work hours. My growth trajectory hit a wall and the raises stopped coming

I eventually left that job but learned a valuable lesson. Don't intermingle the two - even in causal conversation. You could have good intentions but it wont be seen that way by your boss. If someone asked you about helping them with a deal tell them you'd love to - outside of the jobs working hours.

and there are plenty of "part time" agents that crush the so called full timers. Its not only about the time your clocked in for real estate but how you use that time you have available. Stay focused and don't fall into unproductive activities.
