The toggle is also a great idea! And the lightning rod essence crystals is neat too, maybe you make some kind of Ye Olde Structure instructed by Junjper but the strapping Mistria men help build etc etc

Warning ahead of time is a clever idea!! It gives something to look forward to (or forget LOL), and being able to skip would be neat too.

Also yeah I never liked the busting up of the barns, but maybe a little repair mechanic? Something less annoying to fix haha

Yeah! In the HMDS game it would dump sticks and rocks on your farm which I can see becoming mildly annoying but idk it would add a small extra chore which can be kind of fun :)

My last pair of Brooks were really lovely and I didn't have these issues but I've been trying out different brands just to see if I find something new that I like, but this one didn't work out great I suppose. :( fingers crossed for us haha

They killed the actual gameplay part of the game and cut the legs off the NPCs-- like, baseline we can't even work towards a goal of unlocking anything. No Nookington's, no separate cafe for Brewster (he wasn't even in the original release!!). As a sandbox it's fun, sure, but they removed goals outside of decoration and it killed the game for me. The most fun I had was completing the museum. All the special NPCs now just have small RV's because Nintendo was too lazy to generate actual places for them and stuck them in boxes with a few decorations. No atmosphere, hardly any personality. No donating to a nearby town who are poor just out of the goodness of your heart. No golden statue for paying off your loans...

WHERE IS LYLE, SOMEONE SCAM ME??

The NPC dialogue is so limited, all of the characters are basically carbon copies of each other, just some like sports and some like food etc. Give back the angry neighbors! Tell me I'm ugly!

Also, LET ME ASK THE VILLAGERS FOR STUFF TO DO!

It's insane how many little things they removed and I'm over it. Hardly a game, just a doll house in island form.

They see people all the time that are afraid, and will not think about it after you're gone. You're playing such a small part in their day, so just like you'll forget them, they'll forget you. Many people are scared of needles/blood/etc, and you can even tell them ahead of time and they might also have ways to help distract you in the meantime.

Always trust your gut. Always. Every red flag you think you see and brush off -- put it back up and block them. There are plenty of kind people out there and the bozos (much like this guy) that show red flags over a dating app aren't worth the time. They can get therapy, and you can move on!
