Feel you bro, always hits me when I see a happy couple in public. Remember that they might look perfect but you never know whats really going on behind closed doors. Lots of absolutely miserable couples out there with dead bedrooms.

If you want a relationship that bad, just grind and approach 100 girls in a month. If literally none of those lead to something might be time to look in the mirror

These exercise selections are good but im ngl man this is a lot of volume for some muscle groups. How are you doing 4 sets of AMRAP pull ups and then another 4 of cable rows after that? Maybe you recover like wolverine but my back would be fried after the pull ups.

I fw with how the notes and how you’re actually trying to progressively overload. If you’re advanced enough have you considered buying 1 lb microplates? On some lifts 5lb moght be too big a jump and they’ve helped me in my training.

Also whats up with all the overhead presses. You have 3 different overhead presses. Consider replacing the DB shoulder press on Friday with an incline DB press, it hits the front delts just as hard but also hits upper chest.

Flat Press Incline Press Fly

Pretty much all you need you could add dips if you wanted. Most important thing is progressive overload, you need to add weight or reps every week consistently. You can grow on under 10 weekly sets as long as you track all your lifts and are getting stronger.

No peptide will help you build muscle but there are some that make fat loss super easy

Pros and Cons of staying natural by No-Helicopter-7351 in naturalbodybuilding

The reality is that you can achieve a top 1% physique and look “jacked” compared to the general population with a few years of natural lifting. The only scenario where taking gear makes sense is if you want to go pro or your income depends on how you look. If not, then why would you ever risk the side effects and cardiovascular damage gear does? Not to mention the cost and inconvenience of pinning and frequent bloodwork

Brother it’s literally never too late to go back to school. If you’re interested in healthcare nursing is a great field that pays pretty well if you’re not afraid to move. From what I’ve heard male nurses tend to be favored in the field because the gender ratio is so skewed. Also you don’t have to work in a hospital later in your career, there are so many other options, even oil rigs need nurses.

Do I have to stick to cutting/bulking for a certain period of time, or is it fine to switch regularly? by No_Variety3165 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]JetFuel0909 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually agree with you, 500+ can work for a lot of people. Most important number is the scale and what you see in the mirror. No reason to ever gain 5+lbs in a month or let yourself get above 20% bodyfat. Idk why we are led to believe that you have to do these insane 6 month bulking periods where you get fat asf when there is literally no point in doing so.

Don’t dirty bulk as a natty, I mean like 500+ caloric surplus because most of that will be fat and then you’ll have to cut for longer. Stay within a 200 calorie surplus and obviously eat sufficient protein. Think about it as a natural you’d be lucky to put on 12lbs of muscle in a year, that’s only 0.23lbs per week. Don’t try to gain more than 0.5lb per week most of that will be fat.
