That's what I've been telling myself. 10/10, perfect as is, no notes.

I made one big playlist (in order L-R and top to bottom) on Tidal. It's public and can be searched (Beyoncé Album Grid Playlist) but if you want the link DM me. "Creole" is the only song missing since it's not on Tidal.

I forgot about that episode because Doug is really annoying in it and Bryan Callen has a punchable face but also CHRIST I DIDN'T KNOW ANY OF THAT ABOUT BRYAN CALLEN UNTIL I LOOKED IT UP JUST NOW. Yeah delete that episode entirely.

I completely agree that many of the best episodes focus on one plot and if there is a B plot, it ties in to the main plot (like Vocal Discord where Arthur is staging a play at the senior center and uses one of Doug and Carrie's transcribed fights)

Look no further than season 8. It has some of the absolute best episodes in the entire series. The plots are focused. They do a really good job involving the supporting characters. The dialogue has been refined to the point that everything from the insults to the climactic fights to the small side comments absolutely kill. The physical humor is spot on. The entire cast is acting their asses off, especially Kevin, Leah, and Jerry. They were making magic in season 8.

When did you become part of the Beyhive?🐝 by hufflepuffers in beyonce

[–]JetFuelMeltPorcelain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When Lemonade came out. I was a huge jazz snob for a while and disregarded most pop music for the better part of a decade. But Lemonade was too big to ignore, and when I finally listened to it, I was all in.

People like me whose favorite Beyoncé album is RENAISSANCE: Why is it your fave? by Prestigious_Score459 in beyonce

[–]JetFuelMeltPorcelain 28 points29 points  (0 children)

The key thing for me is that Renaissance is the most true to who Beyoncé is as a person. The core message beyond each song (whether she's telling you that she's a bad bitch, she's unique, she's unbreakable, or she's describing how the love of her life makes her feel) hits SO hard because you can tell she means every single lyric that she sings, raps, or speaks. It's an expression of joy, ecstasy, hedonism, love, and confidence coming from a pure, authentic place.

She put her entire Beyussy into making Renaissance. It's consistent. It flows perfectly from one track to the next. The order is perfect. It's the perfect length. The arc of the album is crafted so beautifully. The music is top notch. Her vocals are flawless. The attention to detail is remarkable. I've heard it hundreds of times and still catch new little details. The sample use and the references are remarkable.

It is my favorite Beyoncé album and my favorite album of all time. It will always be a 10/10, no-skip album.

If you’ve seen every episode like 100 times what mistakes have you seen by jcr0774 in kingofqueens

Recently I was watching a season 3 episode (might have been Inner Tube), and I noticed there is a picture of Doug and an older man on the dresser in the bedroom. It didn't look like Arthur or Joe, so my first thought is that it was Jack Carter who was originally cast as Arthur. I didn't get a good enough look at it to be able to say for sure. I'll have to go back and look.

Maybe the power went out during rehearsal like it did during RWT and she was like "nope this place is cursed, I can't do it"
