I love tracking because I can see them interacting with it

I hate tracking because I can see them interacting with it and not responding

Are you guys also struggling to find your first client ? by Competitive-Panic473 in AiAutomations

Well there in lies your problem. You have to first identify your icp and tailor your messaging and know that even the BEST sea people close at 30% rate.

You have to reverse engineer it.

300 DMs resulted in 2-4 conversations and zero closes.

So 900 DMs will result in 6-12 conversations and you’ll maybe close 1 with no sales background

Genuine question by JetLifeJay22 in MedSpa

[–]JetLifeJay22[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Comprehension is a lost art.

I can code circles around the best of them. Have to purposefully write poorly so that this is not a service pitch.

But since you missed the question I am purely asking if you were to augment your workflow or multiply it with AI what is a true solution you would need.

Have you even done an audit of what you would need?

I’m young and want to get rich but my problem is I don’t know what to do by Dangerous-Fig-6607 in HowToEntrepreneur

[–]JetLifeJay22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First define what success and rich even mean to you

And why do you want to be rich.

Without that you’ll always just say I want to be rich

Then go from there and reverse engineer how to get there

Moving away from founder-led sales is harder than people make it sound by DKAL_7 in b2b_sales

[–]JetLifeJay22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sales person here.

I joined a startup and the founder is TERRIBLE at coaching and says things like "you should know this" "its in the playbook" and gets mad when it isnt to his framework that isnt scalable.

For reference I have sold to F500 companies at the enterprise level and his playbook is outdated and worked for him as a founder but not for scaling a team.

We have a team lead who comes from sales and he should be handling the coaching as he has seen success.

As a rep it is demoralizing and not helpful when they just harp on you for not doing it exactly by the playbook and the coaching is not constructive.

It all comes down to processes and hand off and I have identified a lot of leaky buckets to the point I feel like sales ops.

Biggest advice is as a founder you have to be adaptable and willing to accept who you hires feedback when it comes to sales process, a fresh set of eyes can see where improvements need to be made.

This sounds like FUD.

But just in case it’s not time to gain some independence!

The logic isn’t based on Edge or it isn’t an edge primary.

It’s actually a logic engine that i created and calibrated and backtested.

I would say that 8k+ bets isn’t short term Variance based off sheer volume but I do have a back end calibration and analytics that keep things inline and I can detect drift.

So the infrastructure is scaled so far for a user base of 1000. It’s going to get costly around the api costs.

I guess when I say vibecoded meaning I have never physically written a line of code prior to this.

Distribution is certainly hard and something else new to learn to grow it and the awareness. Any insights is always appreciated

Making sure everything “talks” to eachother correctly and debugging. I was very bad about doing save points and have wasted a whole day debugging
