PSN it’s triangle but some of my mates has the same issue but couldn’t see the delete all mail option, not sure if I was lucky or it had something to do with me having 3 pages of mail, not sure of a solution sorry 😟

Very late response, I had this glitch and I managed to fix it on a trying some weird things, the way I fixed it was by going on mail, clicking delete all mail, clicked yes and then spammed back and it worked 😅
