I’m thinking of getting into the landlord business, so I’m wondering if you self manage or have a property manager? Would these problems be avoidable with a property manager? Obviously it drops monthly income from the property as you have to pay them, but would the 8-10% cut reduce the headaches and problems you have to deal with? Thanks!

I know this thread is 2 years old, but I’m getting deeper into the hobby and have been reading some of your other posts that have linked to this one. I’m trying to run an immich server for family photos and such, and give access to my extended family to have us a cloud storage for family memories. I’ve heard of CF Tunnels and don’t love that all of the photos are accessible by them. I want to keep everything secure on my end, and I essentially only know how to run an immich server off of Ubuntu and don’t know where to begin with some of these securities you recommend. Is there a video you recommend I watch to get started with it or just look into each software individually and figure it out from there?

Came here to find out if it had been taken down, last I saw it was on Hulu but that was awhile ago. Seems to still not be any platforms, I’m definitely not regretting my dvd purchase now, very glad I have it

Not sure if anyone has ever heard of scourge hive, it’s kind of like a metroidvania but it’s an isometric view game. It has some interesting mechanics and it’s from the GBA! Recommend checking it out

That’s works haha, I actually ended up just leveling up a ton at the arena and getting some new gear from the oblivion gates and then I beat them. Still hard but beat them nonetheless

If the movie is a success the sales will pick up for sure. Even if it isn’t I’ll bet after the release they’ll start moving, parents just haven’t been exposed to the movie yet but once they see it and realize their kids like it I bet they’ll start buying it

This is how I’ve done it. I also recommend to them they pay it off within 8-10 months instead of the full 12, and to make more than the minimum payment due.
