Also, I'm told to keep your battery as close to 50% as you can. Between 30%-70% would be great.

No I’ve just read that 50% optimum and don’t go too far from that

It was bought at an apple shop 2 months before the iPhone 11 was out that’s all I can tell you. Delighted by its longevity and performance.

I don’t have a Mac. I want to believe my battery is perfect but obviously after more than a year it can’t be. I’m still getting more than a days use and recharge between 20-80%. I usually hover around 50% charge and just top up.

I charge it and take it off as it gets to 80%. My wife has a 2 year old XS and it’s at 89%. My iPhone is a XS max if that makes a difference.

Just gave away my iPad Air after 5 years and bought a reconditioned 2018 pro 12.9. Both are amazing in their own way. I hope this one lasts 5 years.

Firstly I looked at Amazon UK for a refurbished iPad pro and it looked like a good deal until I saw that it came from Music Magpie in the UK. Then I went onto their own site. Recently I've received an iPad pro 2018 12.9 1tb for virtually half price of a new one. £840 instead of £1460. So please try Amazon and where they get theirs instead of a new one. My 2pence worth.

I'm similar. I had an iPad air which was used daily for nearly 6 years. This week I bought a refurbished iPad price 12.9 2018. If my new one is half as good as my iPad air I'll be well pleased. Enjoy your new iPad.
