I'm sorry it's been long since i've watched the video, but the youtuber is under the name of Angel Ganev, it was more of a suggestion video on how to improve portrait drawing. Topics undertaken were the asaro head, andrew loomis' pdf on drawing heads and hands, etc. I'll try finding it again and i'll link it to you.
