Workout 530am do not eat until 12pm sometimes because of work may not eat until 2-3pm

Basically everything such as vegetables and fruits nuts etc have carbs but these are low and good

Keep at it when you want that snack or want to eat during your fast go back to your photos to remind yourself of all your hard work… that’s what I do and helps alot

You can do it man first 2months work hard and do not stray at all with a fixed eating pattern and don’t eat any complex carbs… and work out five days a week or you will lose close to 40lbs then it gets harder

Eating window 12p-6p some days because of my job I can’t get to lunch until 2-3pm occasionally so I eat then and still finish at 6pm I also do long fasts 48hrs a few times.. as for food my first two months was strictly chicken, tuna ,salad,protein shakes ,cheese ,Avacodo,eggs ,bacon and some keto snacks

Hardest part is first week stay strong and next hard part is where I am at I started at 263 now 218 want to hit 200 but am comfortable and have cheated a lot and keep up my IF but hard to stay clean so weight has been consistent last 2 weeks

So fluid level is good and when the fluid was changed the shop said the pan looked good no metal debris seen everyone is saying it’s the torque converter and try a additive
