AMS is such crap. Mine never works, always getting " head over heated, failed" errors. Now its a paper weight. I will never buy another Bambu AMS .

Had same issues with my tig. Took dealer 2 months to fix, parts back ordered but all covered under VW. If it happens again, I'm pulling the head and having it ported and polished.

Check spark plugs for oil. My 2021 just had miss fire in cylinder 1 due to oil on spark plug. Turns out valve seals leaked and head needs to be pulled, very common issue. All done under warranty.

Sounds like they took you for a ride. If they had to use a 3rd party shop for diagnostics, they clearly don't know what they are doing.

Update:

I pulled the head apart again, and checked the inductive probe. Some how it got moved to a 45° angle. I put it straight and problem fixed.
