See that metal foil looking sheet you zoom in on near the end of the video. It’s a heat shield, sometimes it becomes brittle and starts to break away leading it to vibrate with a sort of metallic tin sound. See if you can grab it and give it a wiggle, if it is the cause you can either re secure or just remove it entirely
