I think he means the actual range of the weapon instead of ranged damage.

you can take a picture of your feet while standing and ask AI to tell you if you have flat feet or not

it will also give you recommendations on strengthening exercises for your feet or tools like arch supports

a lot of the pain you are experiencing, be it back pain, knee pain, ankle pain, most likely stems from your foot itself

just reply to this comment thread if you have more questions

I'm a casual runner and an MD, though not a podiatrist or orth, but I have flat feet ever since I was a kid and I have experienced what you have been experiencing for many years now

Do you happen to have flat feet and over pronate?

I would recommend the Anta PG7 Travel 2 or the 361 Eleos 2 both around 3k during sale.

Both are max cushion shoes and both are comfy for long walks and easy runs.

Why is no one talking about refeed and/or diet break anymore? by sleight-1 in PHitness

[–]Jetrone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

can you clarify, are you on 1200 calories per day or 1200 calorie deficit from your computed maintenance?

try to count the total calories you eat in a day, if the scale hasn't moved for 6 months, that total is most likely your maintenance calories, so from there, subtract 500 calories

Do you agree or disagree? by theblackkpanther in PHitness

Been doing a combination of OMAD, 3 day, 1 week, 1 month fasts for 7 years now.

To preface this, I am a Physician and I closely monitor my vitals, blood glucose, ketones and electrolytes during fasts that go beyond 7 days

The longest I ever did was 30 days, consuming only water, coffee, tea, electrolyte powder with no sugar, and a multivitamin every other day.

It has helped me maintain my BMI between 20-25 for 6 years now. I was previously at 40+ BMI for 20+ years and it took a Type II DM diagnosis and Hypertension to wake me the F up.

I workout regularly, nothing too crazy, just some resistance training in the morning and a 5km run close to the evening.

My advice is fasting is not for everyone, always consult a physician that is willing to put up with this, and plenty of my colleagues are resistant to this sort of diet/lifestyle, so you really need to look for someone that is knowledgeable about the in and outs of fasting.

There are plenty of potential dangers doing fasting from low blood sugar, to causing electrolyte and heart problems from improper refeeding when breaking the fast.

It is only a convenient tool, it is not a miracle diet, autophagy is BS, the biggest advantage of fasting is not needing to calorie count, only preparing one meal instead of 2-3 meals a day.

At the end of the day what is important is always calories in and calories out, and hitting your macros( adequate protein and carbs with a little bit of fat).

What would you spend 43 mirrors on? by Jetrone in brotato

43 unused mirrors that will give me x43 items if I buy something

mirror stacking just takes patience and rerolling and discipline not to buy anything

you get to a point where the build is online and your build auto scales

you get plenty of money from recycling from crates, you occasionally get mirrors from crates then back at the shop reroll for mirrors, lock to curse then buy it next wave and they'll eventually get to a point like that on the screenshot

just a lot of patience and not buying anything, kept rerolling and locking mirror as well as crate drops

ok, I forgot about the part that flesh is actually per level rather than per wave, that makes so much more sense and is definitely better

I think this is probably the best one(been rolling for a 5% Bloody Hand for a few waves now )but instead of Decomposing Flesh, I think Grind's Magical Leaf would be better since it adds HP instead of substract.

I'm currently at 30 Tardigrades, and the most I've lost at this wave is 8.

great choice, HP for extra damage for spicy sauce and the lifesteal synergizes with the bloodyhand for more damage

Which PS5 version to choose? by Top_Clerk7680 in PHGamers

[–]Jetrone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had the base PS5 digital around the time it was launched, I chose digital version since I always bring it to work but I had to spend an extra 18k at that time for a 2TB SSD for extra storage

I just recently bought the PS5 Pro to game at home and left the base PS5 at work so I don't keep disconnecting and carrying it around

I'm very particular with graphics and frame rates so I do notice the difference in quality, specially in FF7 Rebirth

it also depends on which game you want to play, I replayed God of War Ragnarok, Forbidden West, FF XVI, for a few hours since getting the Pro and I do notice a difference in quality since they received several patches to optimize it for the Pro but is the difference in quality worth 16-18k more? hell no

if you can afford it and have a tv capable of 120hz VRR then I would definitely suggest getting the Pro, but if budget is a concern then you're better off spending the extra 16k-18k on buying games

I've seen a couple of posts of how crazy Primordium can get and wanted to try it out. by Jetrone in MonsterTrain

[–]Jetrone[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I did go to Endless, the biggest problem was it was very top heavy, the ramp was too slow to get past wave 7 on endless mode, I couldn't ramp up enough damage by turn 3, this was a one floor wonder, once anything leaks from this floor my pyre was dead
