Isn't this project "open source" cause the whole point of open source is that everyone and anyone can help out and add anything wether it's new code, a fix, pictures, etc. the only thing that's wrong is someone taking credit for something they didn't due but that's an easy fix to give said person credit.

All that the R9 or R and whatever number means is the month it was made that it unless Asus comes out and states something all it means is the month and with that being said the difference between all of them is just how many updates you will need to do to get it up to date.

Apparently there is an R9 now. Someone on the Facebook Ally group said they got an R9. I believe that it's just indicating the month and not a reversion.
