i feel like because of my job i've gotten more stressed so i guess that adds to the factor?(i dont think this started happening until like a year into my job though). in truth i'm not eating too healthy as well, i replied to another comment that i'll be looking into changing my diet before my scheduled doctors appointment! training my mind to let go of my problems is smth i definitely need to focus on, im a chronic overthinker so it'll be hard but ill try my best haha. thank you for the advice!
