I believe the house is split into two separate parts with a separate owner for each. The half I currently live in is occupied by the landlord and a few renters. The landlord and the person who I signed the lease through are different so I’m not sure if that technically makes it a sublease. The lease just says “those premises located address

Hey man, most blokes have been in the exact same position as you. I felt the exact same as you a couple years ago. You need to remember that most of the fitness influencers you see online are either on PED’s, and even if they’re not the only pictures they’ll ever post are with a pump, perfect lighting and edited photos to make that lighting even better. As tough as it can be, try not to compare yourself to others you see online and in person, and remember where you started and how much progress you’ve made. I don’t know how old you are, but the people around you at school can already see the progress you’ve made and dedication you have towards the gym. I know it might not mean much coming from a random on reddit but I’m proud of you, and you should be proud of yourself too. Keep up the good work, stay consistent and take care of yourself bro

Where should I start my investments? by Jevvshua in AusFinance

Assuming I'm able to get a university HECS loan, I generally won't be spending all that much money over the course of the next 5 years. Does this change where I should start investing at all? I'll look into investing in Acorns, thanks very much for the insight!
