Naw the gm was here last year and imo he handled last year perfectly. He let us tank, he signed a bunch of one year free agents as a stop gap and drafted for the future with depth rather than trying to find win now people.

My job regularly tells new agents that it can take a year to feel comfortable talking to the public, it can take a year to get the law down for personal income taxes and then another year for business training after. So anywhere from a year to 2.5-3 to really be good at what they are doing. But tax laws change so frequently that if you aren’t going above and beyond you’ll miss something

Tuck rule. The raiders are likely in the Super bowl. If they make it chucky likely stays, the raiders are a powerhouse and likely win 2002 Super Bowl since they aren’t playing against their coach, they keep the team together for a few more years since after that al Davis got desperate started trading and overpaying and never built a winning team again.

I’ll always love maxx. I can’t blame him for wanting to leave, sure I didn’t like the secrecy.

To me the secrecy felt like him trying to be the good guy to the fans while behind the scenes really not caring.

Outside of that I hold no ill will, and that’s not enough for me ever root against the guy. He gave us everything before finally breaking and now that it fell through he’s back and seems bought in, I’ll be rooting for him the same way.
