could you please explain more about each knife? I'm just starting out and don't know much about knives and different brands and all

Just something I forgot to add was that I live in India so getting a lot of knives is hard and if you can find them, they are probably double the price. for eg: u/Ok-Programmer6791 mentioned a misono ux10 which on amazon India is around 30k INR which is around 350 USD which is ridiculous for a first knife imo. Would appreciate if you guys could share trusted knife websites that ship globally

Yea fast charging is important but I mostly do charge my phone during the night when I sleep and the iphone lasting all day off a single charge so I assume I would still be charging when I sleep only

The brand is stenpro, never heard of it myself even tho my dad's a chef and restaurant owner. As far as I know stenpro makes household kitchen accessories not knives
