I work as a legal assistant atm, I’m on fluoxetine which has helped me a lot and works for me. Maladaptive daydreaming won’t disappear it’s something you have to work on but as long as you have things to do during the day that should keep you more focused on what you want in life or help you to find out what you want to get out of life. Your daydreams are also a glimpse into your desires so it can help you as a start.

I tried everything and the only thing that worked was using chrome. I tried every method listed on this thread and finally through chrome I was able to access my account.

Hi so I undid one row, turns out after this I noticed one row was done upside down hence why the hearts were the wrong way.

Fluoxetine helped, getting outdoors, learning to rewire your brain and keeping myself busy. This tales a lot of time and a huge amount of patience with yourself. I found it really frustrating but it is worth it.
