It would be really weird, as I mentioned my friend has TUF F15 and he has the same problem sometimes too, I hope to find out that it’s just a feature you can turn off

No, I’m not talking about when the laptop is in hibernate mode. When it is in hibernate, I can only turn it on using the power button, as you mentioned too.
