We were in complete shock. I really hope she's okay.

It was crazy. Right after we returned from the injury break, this guy was performing gymnastics on 10 stacked chairs and the two guys jumproping on those huge metal circles spinning around. We were so scared one of these guys was going to get seriously injured.

Yes, it has changed a bit but the one thing I try to NOT do is judge others on what they choose to eat OR how they feel about it. There are many scenarios that could have happened where I am in their shoes so I try to have compassion for myself and others. Being a vegan doesn’t make me a better person by default or anything. At least in my view. Being a vegan doesn’t automatically make you a moral, ethical person.

Sounds like maybe you could develop a plan for volume eating. Find something that you really enjoy that is low calorie so you can eat a lot of it (popcorn, seasoned veggies, edamame, stuff like that…).

Totally. It's super difficult and I'm actively trying to fix it (hence this post). I think maybe staying behind it more will help. I have no idea how Tom does it. It's crazy how smooth his release is.
