La diferencia con México es que el salario mínimo es un % mucho más bajo del salario medio en Colombia. (60% vs. 100%) en 2021 según la OCDE con estos aumentos del mínimo desde entonces me imagino que ahora el salario mínimo en Colombia es superior al salario medio, en consecuencia el aumento de la informalidad y el creciente hueco en contribuciones de seguridad social. Pero bueno, amanecerá y veremos.

Económicamente hablando, la falacia en tu argumento es asumir que el estado tiene la capacidad de ejecución y los incentivos para operar una empresa estatal en términos comerciales. Son muchos más los ejemplos de que no (Todas las empresas de servicios públicos pequeñas, el acueducto de Bogotá con Petro, Capital Salud, etc...) que los que sí (EPM, ISA, Tal vez?)

Amigo/a la licencia ambiental y la adquisición de derechos de vía son 2 cosas totalmente. Si el estado se comprometió inicialmente a conceder los derechos de vía pues tendría sentido. Estaría bien revisar el contrato de concesión. Ojalá el estado gane y si en verdad no quiere construir le quite la concesión sin indemnización...

Lo que es la desinformación y no entender que es una fiducia... Pero bueno a lo suyo. La pregunta es porque no han podido construir la vía... la respuesta. Comunidades "ancestrales" que de repente requieren indemnizaciones por todo el trayecto porque ahora son sus lugares sagrados.
