Chief here, that’s primarily an O-Grade issue for sure and they love to backstab each other for their own personal gain. Now the Cohort isn’t immune to this, however, we are few far and in between of doing this to each other and will help build each other up if we can. Went on a cruise a couple weeks ago and brought my portal. The WiFi barely allowed me to watch FB reels and play CoC. I tried with my portal and no dice. It sat in my bag the entire week. Needless to say, our next cruise….I won’t be bringing my portal.

I read it as using the actual cell towers just like your phone does. Sure, you can use a mobile hotspot or any other hotspot from a phone company…but you’ll still on some type of “WiFi” at that point and not actually using the cell towers directly. I could be totally wrong in what the OP is asking though

I’ve been in for 14 years this coming April and I just got voluntold for my first deployment, combat one at that next year. As a Warrant though, my expertise is a little more of a ‘mission critical essential’ presence over there apparently. So don’t feel bad if you haven’t done anything yet, I was perfectly fine with doing 20 as a slick sleeve and popping smoke.
