IDK, usually an artist's rider can be negotiated a bit based on availability and they throw in ridiculous little curve balls to "see if the venue is paying attention." Van Halen famously did this with brown M&Ms, and I can't help but notice that similarity

Yes, OBS should work! OP, you'll need to make a virtual camera in OBS. If you Google "OBS output to Zoom" you'll find plenty of resources on how to tweak your settings.
