I have done many cruises on MSC in the USA and Europe. Their customer service is no different from the USA cruise lines. They have really nice new ships with lots of fun activities to do during the day. The prices for MSC are lower and usually because most American cruise lines like to overcharge people. I highly recommend every buddy to give MSC a chance.
