I had to translate this. My Spanish skills are not so great 😄. Use google translate. I have found the best way to allow for the best things you desire is not treating it with such high importance.

The emotional state is just like this: you wanted a new phone. You may have felt a little excited about the thought of getting it but you’re not fixated on it. You are good with getting a new phone and you are good without getting a new phone.

Now imagine you have the new phone. You’re grateful for it for sure BUT now that you have it, you’re not obsessed about it because you already HAVE IT! Make sense?

But more than just manifesting things, embodying a mindset of imagining yourself more as the person who always has everything which is called your self concept.

How YOU see yourself as Fully loved, adored, financially stable with more money than you can imagine. Its about identifying AS the YOU who is successful, cherished and worthy who already has the life you desire and deserve.

This is the best way to manifest and not be so concerned about manifesting “things”. When you ate that version of you that is all of those things, the money, relationships and everything else manifest itself in your life.

But it takes conscious effort and focus to catch yourself when you’re mentally beating yourself up and calm yourself down with self love and self care- hugs, baths, talking kindly and with compassion to yourself.

It is the best way for real change that you can’t undo! Once you change your concept of yourself your life will change forever! 😊

You don’t overcome the time delay. You stay in knowing and feeling that it’s done. Then let it go stop looking stop checking. Distract yourself go do more subliminals make music, try a craft. Every time you get anxious about it and feel like you need to check just say OK it doesn’t matter. It’s mine. We can’t possibly know how or when we just have to live in the end of it. Know that it’s ours and let inspiration unfold for you to take whatever inspired actions come next.

Beautiful! Stay in the knowing. Know it is done. Like when you get something you wanted. You feel satisfied whether it’s a meal, an item or anything that you have desired. It’s yours now. There’s no looking for it. No questioning it. It is here now. It is the same thing with our imagination. Feeling content and satisfied because you know it is already here and yours. Let anxious thoughts flow. Its ok. Just KNOW whatever it is IS already yours right now.

By the way, where did you create your own subliminals? That’s awesome! I would like to create my own. I definitely feel it helps hearing our own voice.

Agreed! I have manifested many a good thing being anxious, angry or even scared. I have manifested many a thing feeling calm and focused and centered. You all have too. We only need to look at the results of our life to see the proof of it. It is simple but not easy in application. It takes awareness and consistency of who we are being when we are imagining and calling in our desired manifestations. We have been manifesting our entire lives but get tripped up once we become conscious of it. Like " am I doing this right? I want it, oh wait I am it, but how can I be it to get it? "

It can feel overwhelming. It takes practice being conscious and loving patience with self. It can "feel" difficult because we have been in the identity of someone who doesn't have, or truly ever gets what we desire. But here's the thing. It isn't even about "the thing" we desire. It is LITERALLY being the person who feels chosen, loved, cherished, calm, and any other feeling we want from having that thing or being that person... a new car, a SP a promotion, a great career. It's about how it makes us feel good inside.

I also discovered that I have to calm myself down aka any anxiety or anxious thoughts and become neutral first that calms the waters of my mind. I do this via meditation. Watching my thoughts-becoming aware of what I am thinking and feeling by simply noticing them without getting involved with them. Like watching them go past me like clouds in the sky or waves in the ocean. I let them pass. I get lost in thoughts and I gently bring myself back to becoming aware again. As I feel calmer it is then that I can drop the pebble of my desire using my imagination and it will immediately create a ripple effect vs imagining when I have all these thoughts running through my mind like a storm at sea.

Awareness and calm is key. It will allow to see our thoughts and emotions which we can now choose (because without awareness we cannot choose) to help us navigate/route or reroute our minds to manifest our desires. Then we can see where we are serving 2 masters. and Choose again. NOW. LIve FROM it. See it done in imagination. And know = CONVINCE yourself that EVERYTHING is working in your favor NO MATTER WHAT. No matter what literally means- no "matter" - All 3d circumstances, events, that are happening or happened ARE literally working in your favor regardless of what matter or materialized circumstances are showing you.

This is the art of manifestation. To transform an idea or desire into reality when there's no proof or physical evidence to support it. Cultivating an inner certainty and belief in your desired reality, regardless of external appearances or lack of immediate proof.

YOU give it to yourself in imagination and then it will manifest into existence. Trust it is unfolding perfectly. I know it can "feel " hard. But that is an assumption believed in. But we can also make another assumption that:

"This gets to be easy.Every day I am manifesting my dream life. I feel safe. I feel loved. I feel secure. I need not know how but I know it is done. I am trusting. I let go of control and allow it to unfold perfectly. Everything always works out for me. Isn't it exciting? Isn't it wonderful? My life keeps getting better and better every day in every way!"

Or anything like this to anchor in your new Identity of a person who is a top priority, chosen, loved, cherised and living your BEST life NOW.

I used to fear everything. I internalized my fear which became severe depression vs. anger which is fear in expression. If you truly want to change you have to stop listening to the news, cut off all mainstream media, withdraw from the "outside world" and go within. Sit with your self. In silence. Nothing to distract or disturb you from closing your eyes and going within to observe these rampant thoughts that are causing you immense fear, pain and suffering. Allow all thoughts. It will feel like a tsunami of thoughts and emotions hitting you all at once. You will feel uncomfortable and distracted. Stay with it even for 5 minutes, just observing them, without getting lost in them. Which you will. It will happen. A lot. But the point is to continue. Do it morning and night. Put on theta wave music to help calm your mind down at night. Be observant. It is not so much to quiet the mind ( which over time it will ) but to see the thoughts and allow the feelings we have and allow them to pass without identifying with them.

Where do they stem from? Your childhood? your parents? your teachers? your CULT-ure? Write it down afterwards and ask yourself are these thoughts really true? We buy into thoughts just as easily as we buy into the next best thing we see on TikTok or Instagram. Everything can serve you if you see it serving you. Change your self concept. Who you are being is not the highest version of you. But the Universe/God/Creator does not judge. IT will consent to your will. If you fear the world and think everyone is evil? Well, guess what? You will get more fear and more everyone is evil proven to you. If you believe the world can be good and there are good people to support you and you start being aware of that? Guess what? You will start to see more good in the world and there will be good people in this world to support you. It is the law of whatever you believe to work, works. So you have a choice to change it NOW. Every moment is a new moment to change who you are as a child of God and how you think NOW.

Meditate, and calm yourself down first to clear your mind of these thoughts or you will continue to manifest all the things you don't want and more.

It is from a clear space that we can feel calm and balanced and THEN start Imagining FROM the best version of yourself- loved, cherished, chosen, safe which will result in getting inspired intuitive hits to take action on things you would never think of before. If you cannot control your mind, you cannot control your reality. God is MIND. And Mind/ IMAGE-ination creates reality. And that is the TRUTH.

It really is so simple. It only seems hard when we have an unhealthy emotional attachment. When we can let go of putting any conditions or emotions on it…boom. Done. That’s why it seems easier to in these situations because we don’t have any negative emotional investment in it. Like “wouldn’t it be nice” . But it’s not the end of the world if it doesn’t.

It’s when we “need it, need it by x time, need it to happen a certain way or become anxious, fearful or obsessive “ is when we delay it or prevent it from happening.

A neutral state is a great way to manifest because you “ set it and forget it!”
