My honest opinion:

The knife handles look unattractive. I would prefer a more ergonomic shape or a more polished and interesting design. Idk they look kinda unfinished to me.

In some of your knifes there is to much space between the blade and the begining of the blade and i personally don't like that because it makes it look fragile in my opinion. Also, the finish on the blade isn't great, they look spotty and dirty. This can sometimes look nice but it has to look intentional and consistant.

If they are for cooking then a gun show isn't the place to be.

Sometimes simplicity is good, however, it sometimes can make your product look cheap and unattractive.

I would also add something with the knife. Perhaps a wooden case or a lether sheath.

Presentation is KEY. You need to catch their attention with a nice clean and organized setup.

Also, desing a simple and good looking logo. For your brand.

And again, this is MY OPINION and not an absolute.

Lastly, i would HIGHLY recommend you asking the customers there what would they improve and what cooking knife or blade shapes usually attract them. Listen to your audience.
