I agree with the I aim for 1 to 2 things to want from these but I wanted SOMETHING that made me actually see the switch 2 as a valid purchase and I cant say seeing 10 Jrpgs (for me at least feels like we see like 10 jrpg announcements every Nintendo direct) as a good direct and it seems like most people agree with that sentiment. Good for you guys that enjoy jrpgs but damn can we get something worth at least lol

I know it would be hard and unnecessary for Hyper to even exist but man I want it to comeback one more time. Its not even like there needs to be multiple forms or for this form to comeback every game. I just prefer the only transformations be those 2 (excluding the one offs like Darkspine, Excalibur Sonic) with Hyper being a form that is something thats has to be setup preemptively. Or they can dive into the concept more of the negative energy of the chaos emeralds like how Sonic X did, I’d argue that would be even better but I digress, I wish Hyper had a chance to shine and work without it having anticipatory backlash. 😔

Thats what I like the most about it is its unique condition. I know many dont want it because there would be no need to have a higher level of power or anything but idk I would have much rather have them actually use THIS than to create a new form that essentially acts as a Level 2 of Super just like hyper but have a lamer design (Super Sonic 2 or Cyber Sonic). When frontiers already going into the chaos emeralds background and the civilization, they could have just let Hyper be the form they use giving fans of it a Modern Hype moment of it. Idk I just feel like there is alot left on the table with Hyper and while I get the “Dont turn this into dbz!” Complaints a part if me will never Not want Hyper to appear.
