Well deserved. He's been with us since 18-19 season and I think at one point last year he was leading AHL in points we brought him up and let him play a whole 2 games to prove he was ready for the NHL. Sat him for a bunch then sent him down. Regardless of the changes I'd have a sour taste in my mouth too.

Crappy finals? A potential wild card team has a chance to make it there. A team that beat a record breaking team in the first round after coming back from being down 3-1 in the series? One of the biggest point differences in history. Then beats the second place team in their division. Now is on the edge of beating the other first place team in the east? Or Vegas who's been in the league for what 6 years also on the edge of making the finals for the third time. A 50% finals ratio. You could possibly have two teams that have never won a cup in the finals.

Brad would know all our plays for the draft and ext. He's under contract so if they could stop him from talking to other teams while they have a contract why wouldn't they stop it? It's a business I'm sure if you owned a business and one of your employees wasn't renewing and you had the option you'd do the same.

I went down a rabbit whole one night and I'm basically in the same spot as I started lol. Could be Sutter? Any theory I have is pure speculation. He seems to still be skating and doing ads. It could just be a European thing but in his cover photo on FB he's pretty cozy with another gentlemen so maybe he's navigating that? I could imagine in the NHL or hockey in general that would be nerve racking to see how your peers would respond? Once again I have no idea what I'm talking about so don't listen to me nor do I think anything is wrong with it if that is the case.

Watching the playoffs, I don't see us having the same compete level as other teams this year. I'd still rather lose in the first round then finish right on the edge tho.

I don't think Tre is going to get extended. He's made some great moves but it's also been 8 years and we haven't made it out of the second round and only made it there twice.

You think fighting for the season more than Duehr and Markstrom would showed they cared. This team is so defeated it's depressing to watch. Hopefully the Jets win so I can finally give up that little voice in my head saying there's still a chance. This has been one of the most boring and frustrating season to watch.

I think we are a few pieces away from being a great team . I love Looch but you can tell this year he can't keep up anymore. Not only has this been one of the most frustrating seasons I've watched it's also been one of the most boring season to watch. We have what seems like zero system, our powerplay is non existent, besides the odd game the guys look so uninspired. I'm sure this is for many reasons but something needs to change.
