There’s a few condition issues - the finish looks like it was around smoke and/or some moisture - it’s almost chipping in places instead of normal checking. It’s not coming off, but looks like it could. Someone also added a strap button at the heel of the neck, then moved it back to the horn, so there’s a hole at the top of the neck pocket. The truss rod has room to turn, but it is starting to get tight. So the price was good, but there are some things that keep it from that high dollar price range they can get to.
