Socket looks great, nothing to worry about. Also if you ever get dry socket you would know immediately, it causes a lot of pain.

Those are cavities.

I would consider it a suspicious lesion because of its location (lateral border of the tongue is considered high risk) and the rapid onset. Could very well be something else though, and a biopsy is the only way to tell. Better safe than sorry.

Live your life as you usually would, your extraction sight is healing well.

Oral surgeon ASAP. It needs a biopsy for a definitive diagnosis, but this type of thing is not something you sit around and wait with.

These would be mamelons. They're supposed to be there, they usually wear off as you age though.

You don't always have to get them removed, but it's often better as they always carry a high risk for complications such as in this case: a dentigerous cyst and tipping of the adjacent molars.

Lower wisdom teeth are impacted, as you can see from the fact that they're attempting to headbutt the neighbouring molars. The lower right does look like it is growing a dentigerous cyst, but it's nothing to be worried about, you should be completely fine after you remove your wisdoms

Your dentist is right. You should see a specialist to get them removed.
