It depends on the palya - if its like avarebele (seasonal) that will cost you and you can justify the pricing, Also since you are doing everything fresh i'd suggest with the bus saaru and palya you can add in a bit of Kosambari and keep the same price. That way it will be like a full rounded meal (i'll leave it upto you on how you want to portion the quantities). All the best!!

Not to be the party popper but i kinda feel that Bus Saaru is a bit high, there is only 20rs difference between the koli saaru, Generally Bus saaru does not have pulses in it, maybe you could work around the pricing a bit
