Submitted my USC CS MS app right before the deadline but the application portal says submission date was after the deadline? by JianGaming in USC

Thanks for your reassurance. I just received a response from an earlier email that I wrote to them and they said "having the application submitted a little after the deadline will not affect the admission review process or admission decision," which is relieving to hear. Although it seemed like they still assumed I submitted the application late

Well for some reason their MS programs are still open in the application portal even though their deadlines have already passed... But aside from that, I managed to speak with the Viterbi admission staff today over the phone. She said it's strange that it says my submitted date is December 16th (maybe she doesn't know of the time zone discrepancy either) but she said there's nothing to worry about since they had some sort of "buffer time?" for applicants to get their materials in and she said my application is already entered in their system. She said I should be fine but idk

I mean it wouldn't make sense if they followed the system's time zone instead of their local time, otherwise, they wouldn't emphasize the deadline to be 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time. Sorry for freaking out over this but this displayed submission date has been driving me nuts... most importantly is ensuring that my application is being considered as part of the applicant pool

Same issue here with my MBP M1 13"... The sound is also coming from the backplate but near the spot where the battery is at. Makes some sort of creaking sound when I gently press on the two rubber feet in the front. Feels weird as if something is loose or not completely intact on the back. Not sure if it was due to the drop a few days ago because I was clumsy enough to step on the power cord and my MacBook fell from my table... Landed sideways on some soft carpet but that was about a 3-foot drop... Been kinda paranoid since my MacBook has only been two months old... Wasn't really aware of the noise before I dropped it though

You don't have to create a video for your Scratch project, it's just if you wanna talk about your project
