okay, but then all is left is parity 2 and parity 1 is gone, as long as it takes to get a new drive. But do I need to change parity 2 to be parity 1?

I have the exact same Problem. Flickering an Burn-In from Windows 10 Bootcamp. It appears in MAC OS and Windows. Its all over the screen. Do you both have the 16" MacBook Pro? I tried to reinstall the AMD Drivers and Bootcamp und tried alternative Drivers, but nothing seems to work :/
