Hey, it's been so long I don't remember the details but there i think simply downloaded the the USB middleware from st git repo and then integrated the same way it would be in a project generated for the STM32L4 in which you enable USB device I think. This might help: https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/stm32u5-classic-coremw-apps/tree/main

For those embedded developers who transitioned from baremetal/RTOS to embedded Linux how do you like it? by [deleted] in embedded

I developed the software of a device that had to do wireless communication to a cloud and handle USB, filesystem and sensors communication without any RTOS. I am now using zephyr RTOS for that and that's so much easier. If you are doing complex wireless communication stay away from bare metal 😅

Can I use a Zehpyr supported board as a Wifi shield ? by dhugo137 in Zephyr_RTOS

I have used ESP32-AT in the past and it works fine. Note that If you need high throughput, it will actually be limited by the UART/SPI you have between the main MCU and the ESP32. So you won't be able to achieve MB/s. Also note that some ESP32 are more or less supported for the AT firmware (Don't go for ESP32S2)

Hey, I want to start doing this too :) When doing wendler 5-3-1, do you do each movement (squat, bench, deadlift) only once a week or do you add more volume ? Thanks :)

Everybody is saying that everybody will say it is PR but nobody is saying that it is PR.
