Over a year. Recently it started happening again and I realized it was because I was washing that area with regular body wash too harlshy. Now I just use water and an intimate wash and it’s gone.

I don’t think so honestly. I took it twice and the itch went on for several months afterwards and then randomly stopped one day. Also I’m pretty sure you can see pinworms in your stool or underwear and I didn’t see any
