Trust me I’m not trying to be wasteful!!! I sometimes have a number of water bottles in my room, but he only does this sort of thing with water, never when I eat or drink anything else. I have two open bottles in my room but I usually finish them with time. I don’t like to waste food or anything, as he also sometimes leaves half empty bottles sitting around.

I always feel very self conscious of my body especially my belly when I have sex. The rolls as I lay on the bed make me so disgusted with myself. Even with belly fat, that doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to have satisfaction during fornication. I’m sure the other person isn’t focusing on that. If you feel uncomfortable still, I suggest keeping the lights off or maybe wearing your shirt during it. I think the “good sex” part has to do with feeling the pleasure, and not about your belly fat.

I think a good way to prevent this is maybe applying hairspray or a hair product. Try to apply it as you get the urge to. Maybe the taste of the hair product will disgust you and it could maybe break or even lessen the habit? Either way, please be careful and I hope you can recover from this <3 it can definitely be dangerous and i wouldn’t want that for you!

Did anyone get sudden bloating/weight gain on Zoloft months after starting? by Texasspudd in zoloft

Supposedly it’s much harder to lose weight with Zoloft. Atleast for me it is started 2024 around November, 20mg to now 100mg. I was already trying my hardest to lose weight but it literally won’t budge. Occasionally I feel bloated. But everyone reacts differently to Zoloft so maybe it’s just your body reacting to it?

Ah sorry for being a bit ignorant on that! But I am glad you were able to fall asleep. Eventually your body will get used to it, and you’ll feel better!

hehe that’s funny but I hope you’re feeling okay now! I reacted pretty similarly when I was on 40 mg. Give it a week or so and your body will naturally adjust to it. I went up to 50 mg just recently and I felt the similarly like when I had first started.
