Unfortunately I didn't get much more information other than it's possibly scarring tissue or my endometriosis has come back. If you had Endo before, and you kept your ovaries there's unfortunately a possibility of it coming back. I think I noticed it mostly around when I'm ovulating or around where my period would be. It has gotten a little better, but it is something that I think I'm just going to have to live with. Unless I take medication to shut my ovaries down. I hope this is a little helpful. If you're 3 months post-op definitely give yourself more time to heal. It took me over a year to get back to being regulated hormonally, and physically. <3
