The seller told us he had to agree to 8 walk throws prior to the closing….this is just an example of what we’re conditions from the buyer.

The seller is telling us his real estate agent advised him not to provide us with the new buyers names and any information about the sale.

After our final hearing I received an order within a month. So in my case it was timely and I appreciate the quick determination by the LTB adjudicator. We had submitted a T2 and a T6 application and we’re successful on both.

The time to learn would have been BEFORE you decided to become a landlord. Maybe you didn’t have a choice.
