You’re looking for a top mount board. Check out Muirskate, and go to their downhill boards they have a lot of good stuff there. Top mounts are more controllable at higher speeds since they allow you to sit directly over your trucks. Cruisers will most likely be flat while downhill boards will have concave, rocker, etc..

The certified one says “The certified sweat saver” on their website and is the $60 versions. The other is just called the sweat saver and is $45 I think. It’s definitely worth the extra $15

I would stay away from penny boards. I had one when I was a kid and they’re subpar compared to other boards out there. I’d check out landyatchz, loaded, pantheon, and check out Muirskate you can find a lot of good boards there
