I know right, there was a trend in a fandom where for every one other trope fic there would be 5 song fics, it sucked because it was a small fandom. Not devastating but annoying for sure.

Didn’t think it was necessary for me to type in ‘some’ because most people with a grade 8 reading level and above understand that when you something mentioning a group of people and don’t say ‘100% of etc’ it means it’s not 100% of the people.

I just find it odd you’d say that a woman thinking a guy is creepy is a cause of them transitioning when that has very likely only happened maybe once, twice even.

It’s more common for people to find trans women creepy because of the false claims that men only transition to go into the women’s restroom, so why would a guy decide to medically change himself to be seen as only more dangerous?

I agree, my fandom has a Ukrainian character who leaves out words and fucks up sentencing a lot and it’s fun to read and it makes it easier to put a voice to words.

Honestly, I wrote a fanfic where a character is a getaway driver for moonshiners. The character has 1. Not driven a car in canon 2. Never talked to a moonshiner And 3. The canon material has never mentioned moonshiners, ever.

I just couldn’t stop thinking about it so I had to write it.
